PASAY CITY, Philippines—ST PAULS officially launched new and exclusive titles and promotions for 2026 during the 47th Manila International Book Fair (MIBF) held September 9–13 at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City.
Under the theme, “The One Behind Every Story”, ST PAULS follows their patron saint’s path of spreading the Gospel to diverse audiences, publishing works that align their mission through unique stories from authors of varied backgrounds.
The 2026 collection includes newly published works on faith, theology, personal development, healing, creativity, and children's literature.
ALL DAY BRAND ACTIVATIONS
St Pauls launched brand activations for visitors to interact and experience in the spirit of the theme. Activities such as the Page Snapshot where you can take selfies as the first page; the Word Campaign where a special word awaits for you to share; and the My Stories where visitors share their one feeling and a short journal entry about their book fair experience. St Pauls also offered prizes through their Spin-the-Wheel activity, where visitors can get either a little Jesus figurine or a keychain.
The Digital Pilgrimage and the Prayer Wall are activities where the visitors can go through a journey of six activities for a special price, and write down their intentions on sticky notes respectively. Visitors can get their products and religious items blessed at the Blessing Station, lessening the hassle of going to a parish or a church further away from them.
SEASONAL AND EXCLUSIVE DEVOTIONALS
Beside new titles, ST PAULS also launched new and exclusive promotions that were given firsthand at MIBF. Devotionals such as the Pandasal set, 365 Days with The Lord, 365 Simbahay, and Calendars have promotions of buying a certain number and getting another one for free, bringing home Liturgical and solemnity guides to keep and share.

LAUNCHING OF NEW TITLES
From September 9 to 13, St Pauls released new titles ranging from books that can deepen one’s Christian faith, to children’s stories that can inspire the youth. The diverse selection gives access to readers to a variety of ways of deepening their relationships with God and their faith.
ST PAULS welcomed its longest-serving contributor of the Youngster, Kuya Olan Tonsay, for a special Meet-and-Greet with young readers and visitors. Sharing stories from his years of contributing to the magazine, Kuya Olan offered a glimpse into the experiences and creative process.Through his stories and insights, he encouraged young readers to discover the joy of reading and to find their own voice.
The Children’s Story Hour brought together five students from St. Therese of the Child Jesus the Holy Face School, who introduced Elizabeth Kagaoan’s new children’s book, “Hi There, Pope!” The story follows 10-year-old Elias, a child diagnosed with ADHD, as he looks forward to meeting the Pope and giving him a friendship bracelet. The students highlighted the value of stories that recognize and celebrate neurodiversity, while showing how children’s literature can create spaces where young readers see themselves on the page.
Fr. Dennis Yu, SThD, shared his book Guide to Heaven, a practical and encouraging guide grounded in Sacred Scripture, Church teachings, and the wisdom of the Saints. Through the book signing, readers had the opportunity to meet the author and discover a thoughtful companion for their spiritual journey.
Fr. Darwin Gitgano introduced his first book, An Exorcist: Real Encounters in Philippine Culture, which gathers his pastoral experiences, reflections, and prayers surrounding alleged demonic activities. Following the signing, he blessed visitors’ water and led them in a prayer for protection from evil and an openness to the Holy Spirit.
Kia Abrera presented Be Brave, Create, a collection of 53 reflective essays drawing from psychology, philosophy, faith, and personal experience. The book encourages readers to embrace change, rebuild, and find new possibilities within themselves.
Bro RJ Si, author of You Are Better, joined Ikwento Mo Kay Padong to share the creative process and personal inspiration behind his first book. He encouraged readers to be kinder to themselves and to remember the importance of taking a pause during their devotional journey. He also held a book signing for You Are Better, a seven-day devotional journal inspired by his experiences with self-doubt and identity, encouraging readers to look beyond the judgment of others, embrace who they are, and remember that they were created in His image.
Sambuhay Interaktib, a multimedia Interakrib of ST PAULS, brought three priests together for a lively discussion on reading, faith, and the Word. Blending meaningful conversations with lighthearted banter and humor, the live show brought Christ-centered conversations closer to visitors.
Elizabeth Kagaoan introduced two new titles, “Hi There, Pope!” and “Garden in My Mind”. The first story follows 10-year-old Elias, a child with ADHD, as he finds a way to overcome an obstacle on his journey to meet the Pope. The second explores a young girl’s experience of losing her mother, adjusting to a new family environment, and gradually finding hope through grief. Rooted from Kagaoan’s background in the socio-psychological development of children, both books weave faith into stories of growth, loss, and faith.
Fr. Emmanuel Marfori Talitnigan presented Teolohiyang Taalatinyan, a Tagalog translation of a theological glossary originally written in Spanish by European scholars and theologians. Bringing together Christian terms and concepts, the book offers a comprehensive yet accessible resource for priests, seminarians, catechists, teachers, students, and readers seeking to deepen their understanding of the faith.
All the events, Interaktib and campaigns held in MIBF embody the theme, “The One Behind Every Story”, where all are united as one to share their stories. Whether it is through the newly published titles, or the devotionals and the inspirationals, ST PAULS, wholeheartedly, continues to follow the footsteps of their patron saint, spreading the Gospel to the diverse and ever-growing audience, one page at a time.
