ST PAULS Bookstore opens new doors at SM Fairview

Quezon City, June 27, 2025 – A new ST PAULS Bookstore officially opened its doors on June 27, 2025, at SM City Fairview, Quezon City, coinciding with the celebration of the Solemnity of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus.

The store was blessed by Rev. Fr. John Klen Malificiar, SSP, Director General for the Apostolate, Philippines-Australia Province, who invoked God’s guidance and protection for the store, its staff, and its customers.

Also present at the ceremony were Rev. Fr. Andres Inting, SSP (Diffusion Director), Rev. Fr. Albert Garong, SSP (Marketing Manager), Rev. Fr. Christian Tafalla, SSP (ST PAULS SM Fairview Manager), and invited guests. The ribbon-cutting was led by Ms. Chiara Velasco and Mr. Luis Alfonso M. Mapoy, Assistant Mall Manager of SM Supermalls.

“I hope and pray that our staff here, our dear priests, and brothers that we may be able to live the sacred heart of our Lord,” Fr. Malificiar shared during his message. "That everyone who enters this store will feel that there is a real God in the world, that God is truly alive."

The opening of the new ST PAULS Bookstore at SM City Fairview reflects the mission of bringing people closer to God through meaningful encounters, spiritual resources, and Catholic products that nourish faith.

The blessing was followed by a simple fellowship lunch with guests and staff.
