Prayer for the Eternal Repose of the Soul of Fr. Abet

O Jesus, Divine Master, Way, Truth, and Life, we entrust to You the soul of Your servant, Fr. Abet. In Your infinite mercy, forgive his sins, and purify him of all that still separates him from You. Welcome him into the light of Your presence, where every tear is wiped away and love finds its perfect fulfillment.

Remember, Lord, his life as a priest—his preaching of Your Word, his celebration of the Sacraments, and his service to Your people. May all the good he has done be a source of joy in eternal life.

Grant him rest from his labors, peace in Your Sacred Heart, and the vision of Your glory forever. And for us who remain, strengthen our faith in the resurrection and deepen our hope in Your promises.

Mary, Queen of Apostles, receive him and lead him to Jesus. Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon him. May he rest in peace. Amen.
